Why do arbitrary touchscreen clicks occur when connected to a sound amplifier?

There is a homemade amplifier. It consists of a computer power supply, a 12v-40v converter and an amplifier microcircuit.
If you connect the phone to the amplifier via a signal cable and touch the screen, then 1-2 additional clicks occur in different parts of the touchscreen. The smartphone (meizu mx3) has an iron base (heat sink), if you touch it, the touchscreen works fine.
Why does this problem appear at all? how to get rid of it?

Possibly bad grounding. I have a similar problem with my phone when it is charging. At the same time, it is felt that the metal case of the phone is a little electric.
