Hello! I am interested in a couple of questions that arise at the design stage of an object in which the main sources will be wind turbines and solar panels:

how to correctly calculate the percentage of wind / sun (average wind speed 5-6m / s in the region)
if, for example, at the peak the load is 10 kW, should it be done in terms of power exactly like the peak, or should it be done by a percentage more or several times (the lack in normal mode is compensated from the batteries)
