Why does the video card go into protection (the screen turns off and the turntables spin at 100%)?

processor - i5 3470, tower-cooled
video card - gtx 1650 super aero itx oc from msi
RAM - ddr3: 2x4 patriot, 1x4 corsair xms3, 1x4 hynix
bp - fsp epsilon 600w
monitor connected via hdmi - vga adapter
Problem - the video card goes into defense (cuts down the monitor and turntables by 100%) at a temperature of 67-70
% , reset the bios, tried to change the adapters - it helped once before, but after the third adapter - the test in the donut still drops the screen. What to do, how to be?

Either the PSU does not pull
Or the problem with the Vidyakha
Vidyahu would be tested on another PC

It looks like overheating.
Remove cooling, change thermal paste.
