Poor picture quality on external monitor?

Evening at home!
When connected to the MacBook Pro 2015 Retina external monitor ASUS ROG PG279Q, the picture quality is simply terrifying.
Tried to experiment with the settings - no result.
Set to 2K resolution.
When I connected it for the first time, I thought HDMI was to blame, I bought a DisplayPort mini cable (there is a Thunderbolt 2 connector on the poppy, it is backwards compatible with DisplayPort mini) -> DisplayPort - there are no changes (maybe it's the poor quality of the cable ?).
