Which browser to choose for Mac?

Good afternoon, at the moment I'm using Safari but I want the browser to send less miscellaneous statistics to developers, be more secure for personal use.
Which browser to choose for this, preferably based on Chromium but without unnecessary services, I saw in the Typical Programmer group that they made a browser based on Chromium but without Google services, but alas I could not find

Statistics? And what prevents in the settings in the "Confidentiality" section to remove all the checkboxes from the "Diagnostics and use" item? I don't think there are any special statistics. I like Safari the most, so that's the only one I use.
Moreover, it is strange to expect that third-party browser manufacturers are more interested in your security than your OS manufacturer and it is strange to think that Apple would monitor you at the browser level, and not at the system level, from which third-party browsers would also be subject to surveillance. IMHO.
