How to run gulp on a mac?

Hi, sorry for the noob question. In general, when I was just starting to study layout, I assembled my Gulp as best I could. After that, there was a blockage at work, I'm an interface designer. Now the time has come, I want to continue my studies. But damn it, I can’t remember how to open the window on the Mac, in which I enter the Galp Commands, or the command manager, or something like that is called.
