How to remove black border around video?

Good day to all! When I watch absolutely any video on Youtube through the Safari browser, such a black frame appears around the video (as in the first photo).

There is no such problem when watching videos in Opera, Mozilla Firefox (photo 2):

My system: OS X El Capitan 10.11.6, Macbook Pro Retina 15 inch 2014
How to solve the problem?

I have exactly the same problem, but on Google Chrom. That is, this is not a browser or Mac problem, but in YouTube itself
