Please, a simple tracker?

You need a tracker that allows you to place tasks, assign a responsible person, and change priorities. Maybe do subtasks. Whistles - overboard.
It is important that it is simple for the user (people not from IT will work) and does not load people with a bunch of tasks for a year at once, that is, correctly dosed information.
We used to work with Worksection, but users get confused by the abundance of unnecessary settings for them.

Check out TaskFreak. Responsible, priorities, deadline, comments on tasks - it's all there. The interface couldn't be simpler.

redmine is quite simple for setting tasks, I know use cases by non-IT people at all, everything worked out well.

I recommend Asana — minimalistic, fast and convenient.

Yes, you must be joking!
How did no one remember trello ? Very convenient and intuitive. Especially for non-IT people. And recently, the Russian language has also appeared, which makes it even more attractive.
But you need to immediately understand that this service is not quite suitable for managing large projects. It is, for the most part, a simple task manager for a small team. Yes, of course there are "due dates", responsible people, checklists in tasks and attached files, but this is far from a full-fledged CRM.
