Do I need to put CRE on the USN (trade with individuals and legal entities)?

2. Without employees with the conclusion of employment contracts
3. Settlements with legal entities. and physical persons
Do I need a CCP in this case?
And I’m also interested if such a business additionally has an online store, then does it need a cash register? If not, then how do you calculate?
I heard somewhere that it is possible for some types of businesses to apply strict reporting forms and not set up cash registers until 2019.
It would be really great if someone gives a detailed answer :)

Write a written formal request to your tax office.
They must be motivated to respond.
Save their answer and refer to it in case the tax authorities have claims against you.
