Ordinary ads in conjunction with "template" ones?

1 - group, 3 ads, several (10 or more keywords)
1st usual
2nd also usually but different from the first
3rd with keyword substitution #keyword#
Is such a combination possible?
Will keywords surrounded by a # sign work fine in the 1st and 2nd ads?
Maybe someone did this, if it worked, then which ads were more productive for you?

Yes, you can do that and it will work.
Whether or not a template can be applied usually depends on the specifics of the keywords. And if possible, then my template always turns out to be more effective. In general, flies separately, cutlets separately
