An online service for maintaining a history of project changes?

Greetings. I'm looking for something like an online service where I could record the history of changes in the project, put down the dates of the changes, etc. And then filter all this by dates/tags and view it in a readable form.
For example:
July 27
Closed such and such fragments on the site in noindex, SEO tag
Added a parsing module to the admin panel, PHP tag admin part
July 28
Changed the way posts are sorted
...
August 10 Added
a polling system, PHP tag user part
admin panel, label PHP admin part
Maybe I invented the need, but I think it would be useful in projects that you work on for months / years. And at the same time alone. And it worked for an unlimited number of projects.
Why not GIT
At once I will say that I do not use it, but I understand the concept approximately. It is for recording changes to specific files, collaboration, reverting changes, etc. I don't need all this. Only recording innovations and filtering received by months, days and labels to understand the work done in the project.

Twitter in private mode. For future a la filtering, specify #hashtags. The rest is on Twitter.

We are in the project passport (Online Excel), we keep a sheet of "Changes" where we fix what changes, from the initial agreements, have occurred.
