, but I would rather set and analyze goals in some kind of Word (Google Docs), and put tasks in a regular todo list like todoist/ticktick You
can take and modify this method as a basis, it describes almost everything what you need (if these are personal goals, not work ones)

In Bitrix24 and Planfix there is unlimited nesting and you can analyze the duration of the task (plan / fact). A free account is enough for the eyes.
