Periodically, exactly 1 time in 10 minutes for 3-5 seconds, the ping grows to the router, this is accompanied by lags in games. I installed Windows 7 and 10, changed the router to Mikrotik 5GHz, changed the wifi module. Zero sense.


As it turned out, the problem is only on Windows 7, 10. There is no such problem on Ubuntu.

Found a solution to the problem. WIFI adapters from intel periodically do background scanning of networks, which leads to jumps in ping. Intel is aware of this "feature" and declares that it should be so. The problem is solved by enabling Steaming mode in the WLAN Optimizer program. Most likely it can be enabled without using programs, simply by editing the registry or something like that. Please post if anyone knows how to do this.

and some parameter in the same place, I don’t remember its name, but the options were either Perfomance or WI-FI, Perfomance stood by default, set WI-FI accordingly.
It became stable.
Drivers were also installed from the manufacturer's website, instead of those that the OS picked up, although the adapter worked with them.
