How to conveniently connect an Android smartphone to a PC via wifi?

I would like to see the file system of a PC on a smartphone (well, or public folders) and the fs of a smartphone on a PC (best in Explorer), and so that without entering any passwords and qr, and the speed is the highest possible, is there anything like that?
Now I use the total commander with the lan plugin on my smartphone to see public folders, but I'm not satisfied with the low speed. I tried the super beam application, the speed is many times higher, but the transmission method is not convenient for me.

to see the FS of a smartphone on a PC, there is a SAMBA server for Android (ROOT is required). I use it and I'm quite happy...

I use ES Explorer, a file manager that also allows you to scan the local network for devices with shared content, as well as connect to an ftp server.
