Apache cordova android application does not compile in visual studio 2015. What should I do?

The studio does not want to compile the apache cordova project to run on the google gndroid emulator under any pretext. In this case, the application is compiled and launched under the ripple emulator. The cordovan tools dependency checker finds no errors.
The build fails with three not very conceptually different errors:
