I remember when there was a topic / comment on Habré, which described some beautiful physics engine for android / web.
I also vaguely remember a youtube video.
A physics engine that allows you to build a UI. (like Cut the Rope, with rubber bands there and all things)
And it seems that the author was mentioned, who makes such cool things.
