Photoshop lags on MacBook Pro 13 (2017), can anyone have the same problems?

I have a MacBook Pro 13 (2017), 8GB of RAM, 256GB, Intel graphics 650 and wild lags in Photoshop.
Before, it seemed to me that he didn’t lag like that, but then he started to annoy me.
Is this allowed? It even has a hard time loading.
I'm specifically interested in how it works for others on similar hardware or, in principle, on macbooks.
I know that he is not obliged to fly on this iron, but something is not right at all)

We may be doing different things, but I use Photoshop to edit my photos and sometimes cut out the background or add effects that Sketch or Figma can't. So, it happens that it can load some kind of effect, but in general I cannot call the work slow. Therefore, I dare to assume that either you are doing something resource-intensive, or the trouble is in the poppy

Also slow mbp13" 2015. I do a lot of things in Pixelmator, because photoshop has become really slow. The most normal photoshop was cs6, but it is not adapted to high resolution.
