How to reduce grid size in Photoshop without losing quality? Those. initially created a file with a width of 1366, then made the whole landing. Now the customer asks to set the grid width to 960.
Please help.
P.s. with a standard cut in the image settings, as for me, the quality is lost ...

It would be more correct not “grid width”, but “content width” because. it is this area that is marked with a grid (if I correctly understood the essence of the issue).
All objects in the layout with a banal resizing, for example, through the Image-Image size menu, everything will decrease according to the overall size of the document and jambs will naturally come out in the form of muddy edges, etc. After all, the multiplicity of the decrease is not even equal to an integer, and if the size of the element was 20px, then it became 14.05px.
In order not to lose quality, all objects after resizing must be corrected with handles - this is the first option. The second option is to rebuild the layout for a 960px width with a new column width and so on. The second, of course, is better and more convenient.
If the layout grid was made competent, then there should be no problems, and the only thing is to rebuild everything for the new width.
