Photoshop freezes when saving a file?

Hello everyone, I've run into this problem.
When saving, PS freezes, nothing helps except through the task manager forcibly close. After that, when you try to start again, it goes into an eternal start attempt (the icon jumps).
But the worst thing is that I lose the PSD, after restarting I see instead of a file with layers this is a link to the picture and it doesn’t matter if it was created before or a new one.
Ps The latest 21.0.1 is not a pirate.
This appeared from the moment of switching to an external Samsung Portable SSD T5 before that was Western Digital with RRW, both 1TB.
This glitch appears randomly.
If you do the same on the old HDD, then everything is ok. Is it really a buggy SSD?
