Photoshop bug or why does the eraser draw a line?

Hello, I ran into such a problem in Photoshop - when I try to erase something or draw something, the brush jumps up at the end and draws a line on its own.

If you draw with a pen on a tablet, then reinstall the tablet firewood, or poke the pen settings
