Preparation of complex images for IOS vector or raster?

I drew an application in which there are a lot of blurred photos, I didn’t have much experience at first I started drawing in Photoshop using guides, it’s very inconvenient to draw, then in Illustrator everything is less and less, there are the same filters as in Photoshop, but the trouble is the size of the source is huge, and I have about 10 backgrounds there on different topics.
1) How do I cut screens with blur in illustrator?
2) save as png or svg or vector pdf backgrounds?
3) for example, I take the largest 6p screen and save it to vector pdf, uncheck the editing option and then proportionally reduce it to other sizes?
4) How to reduce the file size, can someone come across a similar one?
5) Is there a difference in color profiles, I usually use sRGB for the web, but I’m looking at some under the iPhone for the Display color profile, which one should I set?
I will be glad to any advice!

A lot of questions from the fundamental areas of design - working with the program, "Vector vs Raster", preparing graphics for mobile operating systems, color management ... uuu ... For good, you need to sit down for articles and books, and study, study and again to study. This is the best thing you can do, because without knowing all this, questions will constantly arise.
1) Not very clear. I cut graphics by spreading them on artboards, and then exporting artboards to separate files in the desired format.
2) It makes sense to save the vector in vector format. For use directly in development - between PDF and SVG, SVG is still better. It is better to save a clean raster in a raster format - no need to multiply entities.
3) For preparing graphics for different resolutions, it is best to look at the official guide.
4) Compression, vector cleaning (clean up, simplify - in Object->Path, if necessary - accurate redrawing).
5) I don’t know for sure, you have to watch the guide again. But I suspect that the correct answer is Apple RGB.
