My dream is to find software that would have human functionality.
1. A large project is divided into parts, each part has its own weight (in%) of the entire project
2. Parts are divided into tasks, each task has its own weight in its group / tasks and part of the project.
3. Moreover, the tasks are interconnected, making one by 10% increased the execution of the other by 5%.
4. You can complete the task not at 100% or 0%, but as much as you want, and waves of value changes will immediately run from this throughout the entire structure of the project.
5. Well, of course, edit tasks, add, reduce, delete, lay down your relationships.
6. Convenient statistics - you can see it in dynamics, in project branches, in separate locations (you can set up tags yourself)
All this can be configured in Excel, but it is tedious, long and inconvenient.

How is that? Tasks should not be dependent if they are on the same level. Or are we talking about child tasks? Fulfilled child - advanced parent?
