Where and how to find a business analyst for your IT project?

I am currently developing my CRM program, 70 percent is written. This is a desktop program, wpf, with the classic functionality for crm - mailing via various channels (sms, email, social networks), scheduler, maintaining a database of customers, employees, services, printing documents with dynamic substitution of details, reports and other functionality. I understand that expertise is vital, I, as a techie, can and most likely miss something important in the processes in the program itself, maybe something needs to be corrected. What options? Ask familiar commerce, like, well, how? The options that I know about are, basically, situations when they wrote "for themselves", and then friends joined in, and off we go. I don't have that case. And this option is not very good, as life shows. Perhaps there are some cooperation schemes, someone is involved in the share, some services? How is such expertise usually involved in a project? I repeat, expertise is important precisely in terms of business processes in the program (something is missing + consistency of all processes).

the best way is to take from the area in which you work
i.e. linkeddin employees of competitors, well, or hh resume - former employees
here run the risk of running into balabol
second - use the services of competitors yourself by selecting common signs that immediately rush - that means users will look for the same in your product
third - users, you give them a free version, for reviews
