What to remake the enterprise system (CRP, CRM - specific products)?

Now we are faced with the fact that the processes at the enterprise have changed so much that the previous system does not fit at the root.
Given : the company is engaged in the production of components for bakers (roughly speaking - flour and all that). Scattered in different cities - warehouses, fleets, offices, production facilities...
Of course, business processes will need to be sorted out, but there are some managers right away who call potential and current customers. We need to automate this thing. But this, of course, is not one task - it is necessary to throw documents into the warehouse, receive leftovers from there, and so on. Now 1C does it, it does it well, but it's inconvenient when some data is there and others are there.
It is also important that the system has the potential for self-finishing - well, there is a button to move from the bottom of the interface to the top or automate the sequential pressing of two buttons ... Well, so that you can find a specialist without any problems.
In short , we need something that will be able to submit reports on a silver platter on communications with partners, on the effectiveness of one or another of our products, on the turnover of a counterparty ... I think, nothing special, right?

In a vacuum, I would use the first one, since it is a very common product and many implementers are familiar with it around the world. However, your requirements are unlikely to be implemented out of the box: there is a warehouse, order optimization, sales analysis and easy customization with a large number of specialists. In any case, you will have to invest a lot - no money, so org. resource, clearly articulate requirements. Sales analytics is a very custom thing that creates competitive advantages.

Are you sure that it will find a system 100% suitable for you? Hardly, at best, 70-80% of the desired functionality. Over time, needs change as well, and the software will need to be changed.
