How to make an anchor in Wayfinder menu?

On a ModX Revolution website, menu items are displayed using Wayfinder. Some menu items are transferred to the internal pages of the site, and some are anchors.

If my memory serves me right, initially Wayfinder does not provide such functionality, so there are not very many options: either rewrite Wayfinder in such a way that it would determine the anchor by some attribute, or adjust the menu display templates accordingly.

It's a little unclear what is meant by anchors? Is it page navigation? In this case, wayfinder will not help you. It displays links to resource pages according to the selection.
If you want to mix anchor links and links to other pages in one ul (which is absurd in terms of UX, confuse and Dniwe), then you need getResources or pdoResources (pdoTools plugin - I highly recommend). For them, you do not need to specify a wrapper, which means you can leave it and several menu items (which are anchors) static in the template, and display links to other pages using getResources with the appropriate tpl-chunk in the same ul as the anchor links.

If there is nothing to do, then create a resource of type link
