Insales - are there alternatives? to have the same functionality, even more. and it was possible to edit the whole code for yourself.

For any cms in open source, the functionality provides more opportunities, at least due to the fact that you can add it yourself. In insales, for third-party integrations, you have to start another server with a gasket and communicate through api, or pervert with js in the template, and it’s not a fact that it will turn out as it should.
