The essence of the problem:
There is a terminal server Windows server2012 R2 for 1C
Periodically it is impossible to connect to it, the "Remote session settings" window hangs and hangs indefinitely, it appears in the logs - error code 4265 Failure audit
What could be the problem?

Without Terminal Server (separate license), the server only allows 2 RDPs.
