How to access a computer from the Internet using a 3G modem?

Hello. Required to access the desktop of a work computer that is behind carrier NAT, if I'm using the wording correctly. The initial data of the working network: a simple peer-to-peer network in which there is a certain server into which a USB modem is plugged. The rest of the computers on the local network get access to the Internet through this server. There is no white IP, it is impossible to forward ports, there is no access to the server at all. The initial data of the home network from which access is required: a white static IP, you can forward any ports, there is a VPN server on the network. Thus, from the work network, I can access my home network without problems, but how can I do the opposite? Currently using TeamViewer installed on the work computer, but it is unstable, there is no guaranteed access to the work computer,

1. Some hosters allow you to get a white IP address for a fee.
2. Other software - similar to TeamViewer, obviously.
3. Forward VPN to an external server with a white IP address known to you.
