Periodic strong brakes on Ubuntu 11.10 (see screenshot)?

Approximately once a day for about 5 minutes.
what is this process, where does it come from, why. And why is this happening.

fuser returns the PID of the processes using the file. (in your case it looks like session files from PHP). I suspect a crooked code or crooked settings, why he needs 200% CPU I can’t explain.
