OctoberCMS - how to install tables?

I installed the engine from the command line, a demo page with a description opens in the browser - excellent, but, they say October has an excellent admin panel, I load / admin - it does not find tables, and it's not surprising that the installers did not ask for access.
OK, trying to migrate:
