Good afternoon, colleagues! I work in a small-town provider in Primorsky Krai. We recently migrated from RTK to MTS and ping to Asia has grown from 150 to 400ms. I would like to know if it makes sense for us to connect to the Vladivostok-MSK-IX site? Or peering with operators that have access, for example, to Japanese exchange points, will not bring us the desired reduction in ping? Or do platforms generally work differently than I suggested?
