Previously, there was Internet from tele2 according to the scheme 3g antenna -> modem (bought separately from operators) -> wifi router -> computer, but I didn’t triple the amount of traffic per month (I need unlimited). Yesterday I found my old megafon SIM card, decided to look at their offers - I saw the tariff "Download! To the full!". There, as I read in the description, there is the possibility of distributing the Internet via wifi and there is no speed limit. Paid 900r, changed the tariff. (Sim card of the 19th year). I inserted it into the modem - it catches 4 strips out of 5, RSSI - in the region of 85-100. I go to the same Yandex - it does not load at all. Sometimes it still loads, but barely, and then not completely. Somehow it was possible with a dance with a tambourine (disconnecting all available devices from wifi) to test the speed with the speed tester installed on the PC (previously wrote the type there is no Internet). Download - 0.69 mb/s, return - 0.01 mb / s. Simka from tele2, even with 3 stripes, catches somewhere 2 / 0.7, and here 4 - and such a speed. What could be the problem? Bought separately in dns'e.

• MTU set incorrectly
  
• cell loading (lots of other customers suck off this bazooka)
  
• You are in the intersection of radio coverage and the connection jumps between several BS at the same time
  
• The channel to the base of the megaphone goes through a radio relay, the total bandwidth of which is 10M

First, insert a SIM card into your smartphone, check the speed through it. If normal through a smartphone - debug a bunch of modem and router. If not normal - the problem is the tariff or SIM card.
Also check if a modem can be used for this tariff? The modem and smartphone have different IMEI codes. Perhaps the tariff allows distribution only from a smartphone via Wi-Fi.
It is known for sure that Megafon has an unlimited tariff for modems with a prepayment for 6 months.

With Megafon - there is an option using a SIM card to go to your personal account (lk.megafon.ru) and start a chat with support (at first the bot will torment you, but don't give up and write that you want to chat with the operator;) ).
Megafon has an unlimited - 5k rubles for 6 months, the rest of the tariffs are limited in volume. Unfortunately, there is a reverse side of the coin - as soon as you start actively using the Internet - Megaphone starts cutting your bandwidth ... so as not to get carried away ... my speed dropped from 80Mbps to 15Mbps ... after a month of use (50Gb a week used somewhere).
