How to set up a laptop to work in 2 networks?
The laptop has 2 connections, one via Wi-Fi, the other via an Ethernet cable, and both receive IP automatically. Internet goes via Wi-Fi and enterprise lan via cable. How to configure or what to install additionally so that both networks work simultaneously and do not interfere with each other? Here are the network settings.
They do not intersect enterprise network example 10,250,182,80 mask 255,255,255,192 gateway 10,250,182,65 and internet 192,168,43,14 mask 255,255,255.0 gateway 192,168,43,1

We make the WiFI connection the default gateway.
In the local network of the enterprise, we prescribe the route explicitly specifying the interface.
Everything will work by itself, as long as the subnet of the router does not intersect with the subnet of the enterprise
If the subnet addresses and gateways do not intersect, then you need to configure each connection and everything should work by itself. You can ignore the warning about the inadmissibility of two gateways on the same network by refusing to fix it.
If they intersect, it's more difficult. I once used NetSetMan to switch between intersecting networks. Those. configured two profiles for different networks and switched them manually as needed. I did not find an automatic solution. And yet, it was run from the admin and every time the laptop was loaded, a UAC request popped up.
