PCM1781 What kind of animal, can I use it as a DAC for the power supply in order to adjust the power supply?

I found an inexpensive PCM1781 24bit DAC for sale! 2-channel !, everything seems to be nothing but confuses 106dB of noise, and the interface is incomprehensible.
Name: PCM1781DBQ
Series: PCM1781
Manufacturer: Texas Instruments
Documentation for the PCM1781.pdf series Please tell me
what parameters are acceptable for choosing a DAC for an adjustable power supply (preferably two channels, since one channel is for current, the second for voltage)
as I understand it that max 10A and max 30V the adjustment step will be:
8bit = 255, variations (step 39.2mA and 117.6mV) - only suitable for rough adjustment.
12bit = 4095 variations (step 2.442mA and 7.326mV) roughly speaking, the adjustment step for 3mA and 4mV <== NORM!
16bit = 177777 var. (step 56.25 uA and 0.1687 mV) <== I think a more correct but expensive option.
24bit = 16777215 var (step 0.596uA and 1.78813uV) - will require an expensive MK for 4 such DACs.
32bit is too expensive.
I think my version is 12-16 bits, but I don’t know how to choose DACs, from the requirements:

  1. A buffer to access the DAC only to change the value.
  2. Changes in the signal at the analog output only to change the magnitude of the output voltage.
  3. output voltage.
  4. Power single polarity max 12 volts
  5. The built-in ION is good, or recommend an external good ION
  6. Simple input interface, considering the fact that a total of 4 DACs are needed (or 2pcs 2-ch.)
  7. Not high cost
  8. Ease of mounting on a board is desirable.
  9. 12-16bit, well, or 10bit for a goal

I am looking for a ready made inexpensive DAC and the question is asked about a specific DAC, since I'm not sure about it, I'm not sure that it has a buffer, I'm not sure that the sound output DAC is suitable for my particular case.
No Pulse Width Modulation, no homemade "R-2R matrices", as their accuracy and TCR leaves much to be desired!
If there are doubts about my idea, or there is a question what kind of scheme it will be, ask your questions in the comments to my question, but do not write back, do not spoil the aesthetics!
I already understood that according to the technical documentation, it is terribly noisy, but I'm not going to use it with such a frequency, it will have a minimum frequency + a frequency filter, the only question left is how to control it, since I realized that it does not have a built-in buffer, but to connect only 24 bits to each input channel via PCF8574T, then it's not cheap at all ...
The only additional question is what inexpensive 12-24 bit precision DAC would you recommend? or at least with which one they worked and why, what are its pros and cons.
A good article that tells easily and very little is accessible but just about audio DACs and sound digitization link
