Mandatory literature for electrical engineering?

Hello toaster dwellers!
The question is that I need really good, in your opinion, literature for a successful graduation from the specialty "electrical engineer". Of all the abundance, I just get lost. I know only one really good book by the author M. Katsman "Electric Machines". Which gives a good base in the field of electric machines. I think since the 60s (the library of the technical school where I am graduating from this specialty is filled with books), something has changed, although not much. I would like to be in the know and not waste time on pretty outdated information.
Looking forward to books around the 2000s or links to other useful resources.

Three "Bibles":
PUE
PTB
intersectoral electrical safety rules
- this may sometimes change. And to master the theory, you can (and should) read textbooks from the 60s - the formulas have not changed in any way in 50 years, the material is often presented more intelligibly and there are noticeably fewer errors in them than in modern books.
