Is it possible to connect several ionistors in parallel, between the device and the solar battery?

The history is classic. The first project on MK, for my beloved. I want complexity and buns. More to the point, I want to make an external unit that I threw out into the street and forgot. That is, no wires, no batteries. I think to put a few solar panels, and for the night - ionistry. Is it real? How much and what capacity do you need? Are they connected in parallel? Are there any good, understandable, complete articles about ionisters and batteries with examples, etc.? How will the Moscow climate withstand all this?

The simplest is 4 AAA NiMH / NiCd batteries + a solar cell somewhere around 7-9 volts. Ground the battery to (-) batteries, and connect the plus in series through a current-limiting resistor and a Schottky diode (to prevent discharge in the dark).
For such crafts, this is the simplest and most sufficient. For a more powerful battery and a high-speed charge, you need to fence the circuits, but with small currents you can do it in a simple way.
