PCI e board not working - Com ports in esxi?

I installed a PCI E expansion board - 4 COM ports (Orient XWT-PE4SV2), WCH384L chip
It appeared in Esxi but as an unknown device


But as a result, an unknown device appeared in the VM, connected it, launched it, installed drivers from the manufacturer

4 Com ports appeared, but the problem is that, not a single port was wound up, I bridged 2 and 3 outputs from someone to get a response.
When sending data, the terminal hangs tightly, the Com-port, which is located directly on the board, works fine.
What I missed or did not do to make Com ports work.
VM tested on win10, win7 both don't work
