PCB mask?

Hello,
how can I draw a board so that it looks like a factory one? Well, after etching, the boards are made green masks like that, and if there is an option how to apply the arrangement of elements (they are applied in black and white),
what kind of varnish should be used?
or it will come off with a photoresist
whether a colored zapon is suitable

Here is a mask, for example: One-component solder mask with UV curing
And you can try silk with LUT. I'm not sure, however, that it will fall on the mask and will not damage anything.

The mask can be made with the same LOOT.
That's how people do it. The technology is simple: first we LUT the board, we poison, we LUT in Rose or Wood, then we print the mask and LUT it.
Well, you can separate the board in some cad intended for this. For example, I use kikad.
