PC for office < 15k?

Hello, I have little experience in hardware.
Can anyone help with assembling a PC for simple office work, a browser with 4 tabs, etc.
Budget thousand 10-15 per PC
I think that:
Pentium G4560
RAM 4-8gb
HDD 500gb
Case, motherboard, power supply is up to you.
Does such an assembly have life? Maybe there are better options

Given the cost of licenses for Windows and MS Office, this amount will not be enough for you.
If this is only iron, then you get a very minimal computer.
