PC fleet upgrade to win7?
There is a park of old office PCs… (there are about 30 of them in total)
Intel Celeron D 320 2.4Ghz / RAM 512-2GB / Mostly built-in video
I would like to start a smooth transition to win7…
There was a question of updating this park.
Issue price 10tyr per system unit.
Tell me what reliable components (M / B, HDD, etc) are now available for such an amount ...

From my experience, I recommend:
Pentium G840 processor, 2-4 GB of memory (2 in principle is enough), a motherboard based on an Intel chipset DEFINITELY (the board itself can also be from an Intel-reference type DH61хххх or DH67хххх), Hitachi/WD hard drive, DVD drive you can not install it at all, but buy an external one for the entire fleet (for example, an external HP), IN-WIN BK628 case. It turns out a smart and absolutely quiet budget machine.

It's up to you to buy ready-made computers or assemble them yourself, but the reliability of the purchased pieces of iron will depend primarily on the supplier (!). I don’t think it’s worth testing and conducting an individual selection of iron for such budget money. to assemble something fundamentally fast will not work. Of course, you can win 200 - 300 rubles on each computer, if you analyze the entire price range of CPU, MB, etc., but is it worth it if the fleet does not exceed 50 machines? I think not.
I’m reading the comments and I don’t understand - why put CD / DWD in office PCs now?
A trifle in general, it costs 500 rubles, but what for is it needed?
We bought 10 pieces of Acer R3700 for the office + finished off the memory up to 4Gb.
Win7 x64 system. Tasks - standard office + terminal access to the "yellow" program.
Everyone is happy :)
Read about current clients. If there are normal monitors and a stable network, it makes sense to spend money on a normal server and those same clients. Although it depends on the kind of work on user systems.
The amount is small, but even a new machine can be assembled with it. Finished builds are likely to lose in terms of quality/performance. Well, choose accessories except for personal preferences. For small amounts, solutions on athlones will be much more productive.

For 11 thousand, you can assemble a system unit on the cheapest i3, 4 GB of memory, DVD-rw, 500 GB hdd, and a codegen-type case with a 400W power supply.
On AMD - 8320 rubles.

On Intel - 9490 rubles.

I recommend, of course, Intel.
I recommend thinking about nettops, since you have office tasks, as I understand it.
For example, Qoo releases quite good ones, on Atoms.
We bought ourselves a class (26 machines) - we managed to fit two monitors on a “regular” table, and the system units were fixed on the side of the tables. All wires on the ties are fixed with a furniture stapler behind the back of the table.
Very compact, and most importantly - completely silent and does not heat up. You can do without air conditioning.
The authorities managed to inflate the budget for a computer almost twice ... "as if" taking into account inflation, now there are 25,000, but the money will be given only next year ... and at any time.
I think you can safely choose 20 sput. set with a monitor, and 5tyr. leave it to inflation.
I also thought about monoblocks ... something like 18.5" Monoblock Lenovo C205A-E352G320B-B (HD Ready) AMD Brazos E350(1.6GHz), 2GB, HD6310, 320GB, Cam, DVDRW, WiFi, KB+M, W7HB
True, I do not need the OS, most likely because all licenses have already been updated on win7.
