PC does not work when connected 4 pin?

I bought a new power supply, connected all the cables I needed, turned it on - a small crank of all the fans and silence. If the power is removed from the processor, then the fans start spinning as normal, as if the computer is turned on, but naturally it will not work without processor power. When I put the old PSU back in, everything works fine. New bpshnik with a marriage? or am I missing something

This is very similar to a short circuit in the power line of the processor. Carefully compare whether the old and new PSUs are connected to the power connector on the motherboard in the same way (according to the colors of the wires). This, as you described, happens when this connector is forcibly (that is, contrary to the location of the curly grooves and protrusions) is driven into the connector on the motherboard in the wrong position or by confusing the polarity.

New bpshnik with a marriage?
If my assumption is correct, then this marriage consists in the incorrect pinout of the black and yellow wires on the connector of the new PSU. And if this is the case, then it is easy to fix it by removing the pins from the connector housing and inserting them in exactly the same order as it was on the old PSU.
How you can pull out the pins and then insert them again is described in this old answer of mine to a similar question.
