Power - the cause of router glitches? What UPS then?

There is an opinion that noises, power fluctuations cause glitches. How to save a router in a country house? Network filter? Power from usb-powerbank'a? Stabilizer? Cheap UPS? Double conversion UPS?
I will find money, because the question is important, but I would not want to make an excessive purchase.

It is very unlikely that noise affects the operation of the router, and drops - modern power supplies can easily withstand a voltage drop of up to 110 volts. if the voltage is completely turned off, i.e. the light in the room goes out, then you can use the uninterruptible power supply, but this is an extreme measure.
Better tell us about the essence of the problem - why did you decide that the router is "buggy"
