What relation expresses the dependence of the dipole bandwidth on L/d?

Hello. I was going to put a quarter-wave dipole on the balcony, they are interested in 148-172 MHz, work only for reception. I found out from superficial googling that the dipole is a rather narrow-band thing, but with an increase in the diameter of the tubes, the band width increases. Is 18mm enough to cover the above range? Should I consider the length at the beginning, middle, or end of the range?

Naturally, the frequency is closer to the middle.
