There was a need to make a purchase in a Chinese store. The store only accepts paypal.
I have a paypal account registered in Russia.
The question is, will I be able to pay for the purchase if I drive funds to my account?

Just make sure the Chinese store agrees to ship to Russia. Most send, but you never know ... Ideally, you should contact them or read reviews. And there will be no problems with the payment itself.
