What is the fee for receiving a payout from a PP on PayPal?

Good afternoon
Today, for the first time, I received a payout on PayPal from a bourgeois affiliate program.
Is it normal that PayPal deducted ~5% commission from me for transferring me? And how can this be avoided in the future?

the client paid you for the transfer as for services, there is a commission of 3 percent for me, the client paid, apparently from a credit card, this is + 2 percent

Since you write that the partner program is bourgeois, then this transfer is regarded as international. And international payments for goods and services are subject to a commission of 2.9%. This page has info on sales commissions. There is also a link to a page where you can specify the country of the buyer and the currency of the operation, and you will be shown the exact commission for such a transfer.
