Can I pay an invoice in Paypal from an IP account?

Good afternoon, the situation is as follows: I have some orders that require the involvement of foreign performers. I want to clarify this point: can I, as an individual entrepreneur, open a corporate paypal account and use it to pay invoices from these people? All persons are non-residents, respectively, as I understand it, I can only use the GPC agreement. What questions and difficulties can there be from paypal? Will this deal be enough for them?

I would be grateful if someone could explain this topic in more detail.

There are also questions about the contract: How to make sure that when signing one contract, all further invoices from a non-resident are considered confirmation of the alienation of rights? How to make sure that the contract is signed only once, and all subsequent works are already like acts that do not need to be signed and scanned?

there will be no questions from PayPal for outgoing
calls, everything else is decided by red tape, correct wording and a bilingual contract
