Accepting PayPal payments Ukraine?

On the site I set the PayPal payment, payment for services is in US dollars.
However, as it turned out, in Ukraine it is impossible to accept payments in USD in this way.
In sandbox modes, of course, everything works perfectly, I haven’t installed production yet, I stumbled upon an article on the forum.
The average transaction on the site will be about $5-$20.
They say to open a payoneer account (there is already a free mastercard card, it still has the signature www.upwork.com) or look for intermediaries.
I want to know what is right and what is best before I choose anything.
Perhaps the question is duplicated
. New or more reliable methods may have appeared at the current moment in 2017.

So how to be?
1 - Intermediaries?
2 - Go to open an account, cards in Poland?
3 - Payoneer?
4 - Open an account with the country Russia or register another country, but the cards are Ukrainian?
5 - Is there another 2checkout service there?
6 - Is it possible to withdraw to Skrill?

UPD, stick answer:

I have reviewed your account and would like to clarify that Ukrainian accounts cannot receive money and regrettably you will not be able to receive funds from your website.
There is no way to circumvent this, as this option is not at all available.
Additionally, I would like to confirm that you can no longer use a Payoneer account as a bank account with PayPal. Payoneer is a virtual US bank account and therefore does not meet the requirements to be added as a bank account to your PayPal account.
The sandbox API is only a test platform to get familiar with the process, but it is not available for accounts who cannot receive money.
If your company is legally registered in another country, you can open an account in that country, however, be prepared to provide sufficient information and documentation to prove this.

If you don’t feel sorry for giving about 5 percent when withdrawing and waiting for about a week until the money falls on a Ukrainian bank card, then use Payoneer.
