Hello! What is the best way to receive payments with UpWork?

PayPal or Payoneer?

I live in Belarus (residence permit), but I am also a citizen of the Russian Federation. I am registered as self-employed in the Russian Federation (I currently use UpWork withdrawal - PayPal ($) - bank account of Sberbank of the Russian Federation (they come in rubles, have been converted) - I withdraw from the Sberbank (RF) card at the BPS Sberbank RB ATM in Belarusian rubles, here it is the conversion of money from Russian to Belarusian rubles).

To be honest, I don’t fully understand how much percent is lost in this way. Maybe someone can clarify?

I want to register with Payoneer at the moment. And I need advice. In what currency, living in Belarus, it is more profitable to receive money. Which account to open in dollars or ruble growth?

Withdraw through wise.com (former transferwise) - there will be an IBAN number and minimum rates, it turns out the most profitable. There is also skrill.com with the same services, but less reliable. Of the minuses, it can be noted that accounts can be blocked for strange behavior. Paypal.com is the most reliable option, especially Elon Musk will try to have bitcoins there.

A year ago, I would definitely say that through Payoneer, because in Belarus it was possible to withdraw dollars from an ATM directly, without conversion. How it is now I don't know.

It is best to withdraw in larger chunks directly to a bank account in dollars. Without pads like paypal, etc. But you have to pay tax.
