There is money on Paypal for winning on foreign design platforms, like "customer - many designers." A Sberbank debit card is linked, an account for a private (physical) person is attached to the card, I don’t have an individual entrepreneur. Without fear of blocking the card, I can withdraw money to this account from Paypal in the equivalent of up to $ 1500, which are automatically transferred and come to the card in rubles, i.e. up to 100,000 rubles?
I read how Sberbank blocks all cards for 5,000 rubles that came with Paypal.
Maybe you should limit yourself to some amount? Is it worth it to withdraw money from paypal to a Sberbank account?
There is an option to work not with Paypal, but with Payoneer.

well, how lucky, the currency legislation is regulated, Sberbank clings to
the Pioneer easier, Paypal is more honestly withdrawn to the card
