How to organize the acceptance of payments from customers from Russia?

Good day, cats. I have a follow up question for you. I live on the islands in the Gulf of Thailand and freelancing quite successfully, but it’s bad luck, a Thai ATM ate Alpha from me, and in the bank everyone shrugged and said that they didn’t find anything, everything is as usual, nothing changes over the years. But I have a spare card from Payoneer, activated and fully functional. I also have access to Alfa-Click and have a working PayPal linked to this Alfa-Click.
What is the most logical way to organize the acceptance of payments from customers in Russia? Is it possible to somehow link the same Alpha to Payoneer and withdraw money through a mastercard from this Payoneer? I have already written three letters to them with this question, but they are in no hurry to answer at all.

As far as I remember, when I ordered a Pioneer card for myself, it was impossible to transfer money to it just like that. That is, if it was received through odesk, then only payments from it could be spent on it, but you can’t throw your money in any way.

you need to restore Alpha, withdrawal from Paypal is possible only to the bank,
the Pioneer in this scheme is possible only in one option - if they allow you to replenish it with a card, and will skip payments from your Alpha card, which, given your remoteness from the place where the card was issued, will always arouse suspicion. In general, Pioneer is a rather useless thing outside the "Freelance or photo banks -> ATM" scheme. I
recommend paying attention to Advanced Cash , a cheap card, you can be unverified for some time, etc.
